FREE PHYSICALS at HP SCHOOLS!
Lockwood Chiropractic Health Center will give free sports physicals in the Training Room in the high school. These physicals will be offered on May 30, 2025, from 8:00 AM-12:10 PM.
You can pick up forms in the Central Office. Please fill out all required information on both sides of the physical before the student shows up. This includes parent/guardian signatures.
